PHS Vikings Football Booster Club (PHSVFBC) FAQ

1. What is the PHSVFBC all about?

We’re the ultimate support squad for PHS Vikings football! PHSVFBC rallies together parents, alumni, and community members to raise funds, host events, and create the best possible experience for our athletes.

2. Who can join?

Short answer? Anyone! Whether you’re a proud parent, a die-hard Vikings fan, a local business owner, or just someone who loves supporting young athletes, we’d love to have you. No membership fees—just enthusiasm and a willingness to help!

3. How do I get involved?

It’s easy! Sign up here and let us know how you’d like to contribute—volunteering, fundraising, attending events, or simply spreading the word. Every bit of support makes a difference.

4. Where does the money go?

100% of funds raised go directly toward the team! This includes new equipment, scholarships, game-day enhancements, and special projects to keep the Vikings thriving.

5. Do I have to volunteer to be a member?

Nope! WE are the supporters and this is OUR organization so we want to be as comfortable as possible while providing the best support we can; and while we love extra hands, we know life gets busy. Whether you can volunteer regularly or just show up to cheer on the team, every level of involvement helps. 

6. What kind of fundraisers do you host?

From game-day concession stands to auctions, raffles, and custom Vikings gear sales, we get creative with fundraising! Check our calendar to see what’s coming up—there’s always something fun in the works. You can see what dates we are needing volunteers for the concessions and sign up here.

7. How do I stay in the loop?

First, check this website often - it is the final word and will have all of the information you may need. You can find a lot of information on our Facebook, too! 8. How can local businesses support PHSVFBC?

Sponsorships, donations, and in-kind contributions go a long way! Businesses that support PHSVFBC receive recognition at events, on our website, and through social media—best of all, they help shape the future of our student-athletes. 9. Can I come to meetings?

Of course! We have a meeting at least once a month and attending meetings is a great way to stay connected, voice your ideas, and be part of planning the club’s next big moves; but if you can’t make it, no worries—you can still stay involved in plenty of other ways.
